What do you mean by Open Drawing Group?
Pengu Parade is for anyone and everyone to join! The group focus is making characters, drawing them, and participating in collaborative art events. It functions similar to the Pixiv Fantasia.Is traditional art ok?
of course!Are other art mediums (writings, music, ect) allowed?
This is a Drawing group but any other forms of art are welcomed!
However all Pengus must have a character drawing attached to their #PenguProfile post.Where is the Setting/ Lore?

Pengus are Pengus. But they basically look like anime humans.The only request/ requirement is that your Pengu's fashion has some tech wear aesthetics.Age, Height, Weight, Hair/ Eye color, and ect have no restrictions.
